Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

• Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or clearance items.

• Gift cards.

• Items marked as Final Sale.

• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on available inventory.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
